Flat Broom Class - Mar 20 & 22, 2025 from 5:00-9:00PM

What's a Flat Broom? 

A flat broom has a brush that's maximized for the greatest surface area for sweeping. It differs from a besom which is tied round and is better for flying. A besom is most often what people think of when you say "a witch's broom." 

Requirements

You'll need some good wrist strength and a willingness to sweat some. 

What's Provided?

Broomsticks and all supplies needed will be provided in this two-day class that lasts for 3-4 hours each class period.

What Happens in the Class?

The first day we'll be weaving our brooms.

There will be a day in between for the brooms to dry.

The third day of class we'll stitch our brooms

Details:

• Bring a water bottle.
• Wear pants and bring a second pair to change into afterward if you'd like to go home with dry knees.
• Long-sleeve t-shirt is best to work in if you have sensitive skin.
• Let us know if you're okay with having your picture taken and if it's okay for us to use it when we show pictures of our classes.
• Please let us know if you have any questions about anything at all!

Once you make your purchase, we'll send you the Orem address. Classes are fully refundable if we're given 24 hours notice before class time. They are also transferable. You can send someone in your place and we'll be happy to have them.
