Are these poppets made by hand?
Yes. They are designed by me, Rowan, and made for Twichery by Kathy Shelton of KS Spirit Creations.
What comes with each poppet?
Each poppet comes with her own charm and a dress that is fray-checked rather than hemmed.
Are poppet accessories available at Twichery.com?
They're coming! We are SOOOOOO looking forward to providing accessories very soon!
Will the poppet I order look JUST like the one on the listing?
No. Because each poppet is handmade, each one comes with her own personality and little quirks.
Will my poppet's clothing look the same as the clothing in the picture?
Not necessarily. Fabric is seasonal, and sometimes we can't find the exact fabric again. When we need to shop for new fabric, we keep the intention of the poppet in mind and choose something that stays true to her theme.
What are these poppets' designs based on?
These poppets are all designed to align with our Quikspell line of oils. Once we have a basic design, we send it to Kathy. She intuits the spirit of each poppet she makes and breathes life into the doll baby with her love and intention.
Can I re-purpose my poppet?
Yes. Since each poppet comes with an original intention, you will simply need to discuss the new intention with your poppet and work out the details.
What type of intention do you and Kathy put into the poppets?
Even a cursing poppet has our love intended into her. We simply can't help it. We love these doll babies.
How do I clean my poppet if she gets dirty?
We recommend using a warm, damp cloth to spot-clean any spot on your poppet that might get dirty.
How do I keep my poppet's hair from fraying?
If you would like your poppet's hair not to fray, you can tie the bottom of each individual strand into a small knot.
