Create a 10-second "feeling video" where you imagine yourself feeling safe, obedient, trusting, devoted, and fully receptive to the dominant partner you have chosen. Let that feeling fill your mind, your heart, and your body with its calm and yielding energy. Allow yourself to play this 10-second "feeling video" over and over again for five to ten minutes.

Once you have created this inner “feeling video,” you can work the oil in any of the following ways:
