Begin by opening the bottle and breathe in the fragrance. Visualize and truly feel the experience you want to have with your lover. Create a 10-second "feeling video" where you imagine the relaxation, the warmth, the closeness, and the passionate energy. Let that feeling fill your mind, your heart, and your body with its glorious energy. Allow yourself to play this 10-second "feeling video" over and over again for five to ten minutes.

Once you have created this inner “feeling video,” you can work the oil in any of the following ways:

• Dress a candle: Anoint a candle with a small amount of the oil and light it while visualizing your lover relaxing and becoming receptive to intimacy.
• Meditate with the fragrance: Hold the open bottle in your right hand and gently breathe in the fragrance for several minutes while focusing on the experience you wish to create together.
