Use it to bless an expecting mother, a new baby, a new home, or even a new business venture. Especially helpful it in all healing blessings. In the case of any skin sensitivity, anointing on the person isn't necessary; if you request in advance the blessing of your deity, you can dress a candle in that person's honor and it will be the same as having anointed the initiate.
